Abstract


The past 20 years , the economically developed countries no cyclical development - depressed economic growth pattern of constraints , it seems to get rid of the cycle of economic crisis , the economy continues to maintain a growing momentum . In fact, the economic laws are immutable , periodicity is not obvious because of the emergence of a knowledge-based economy - the knowledge economy , the elements play a leading role in the new economy has changed , ie knowledge, skills and information and other intangible elements in the economic growth in more than ever before. ( 1 ) In the theoretical part of the intangible elements , papers departure from the distinction between tangible elements and intangible elements of the concept of representative academic achievements by the research needs of the sort , from the theoretical economics of demand and supply both a theoretical analysis of the intangible elements to prove regional economic development , there has been the intangible elements of the tangible elements of alternative phenomenon is beginning to show the trend of accelerated development in the 1990s . ( 2 ) in the part of the intangible elements for regional economic growth , the paper from intangible elements affect the economic growth factor system , affecting regional economic growth mode change and influence the performance of economic growth accounted for three aspects of the independent research that intangible elements for regional economic growth is profound and comprehensive . ( 3 ) In the \factor allocation and recycling economy and narrow the differences between urban and rural areas were analyzed, that regional economic development is inseparable from the growth of the intangible elements to cultivate the intangible elements of the region , it should be from the stock and incremental . The development of the knowledge-based economy began in the the intangible elements developed area . In developed countries, there have been more and more intangible elements to drive economic growth in the region , these economic regions gathered knowledge as the basis , not only the growth of high-tech industries , promote the intangible elements into productive forces quickly , which led to the rapid economic development . Therefore , the role of intangible elements in the economic growth of the study area is very meaningful understanding of regional economic development .
