Abstract


Resource bottlenecks , environmental constraints , has become one of the important issues restricting China's economic development and social harmony . Regional sustainable development system is a complex system structure . For exploring the relationship of the structure of the system of regional sustainable development , environmental economics, resource economics , sustainable development theory, the theory of regional economics, industrial economics, econometrics multidisciplinary prior knowledge ; sustainable development thinking as a guide to the conditions for the development of the regional economy , the environment , resources sustainability of economic development , and sustainable regional development system elements as the theoretical basis ; regional sustainable development system as a foothold ; Ev-R- Ec input-output model analysis tools ; industrial restructuring as a means to promote the regional economy at this stage is fast , smooth , coordinated development goals , the theoretical and empirical research . Completed the theoretical analysis of regional sustainable development system structure , operation mechanism, running track , explore the work of Ev-R-Ec input -output analysis method . The establishment of the Regional Sustainable Development System Ev-R-Ec input-output analysis model based on Jiangsu Province, the environment, energy , economic data , combined with the input-output table in 2002 , Jiangsu Province , deduced in detail the impact of the economic development of resources consumption coefficient system and environmental pollution coefficient system . The original out industry Ev-R-Ec preference indicators. Reflect a regional sustainable development system characteristics , the reference factor analysis as the industrial structure . So as to achieve the purpose of the policy recommendations . Choose a weaker regional sustainable development resources integrated environmental and economic econometric empirical analysis with a focus on the sustainable development theory and input-output method is applied to new areas to fill the gaps in the research of the province . Contribute to the theory and practice of regional sustainable development from the perspective of economic analysis .
