Abstract


China is in a traditional agricultural society to an industrial society , the period of the planned economic system, the transition to a market economy system . With the development of a mixed economy , the market-oriented Labor Relations and gradually occupy a dominant position . In the field of market-oriented , there are a lot of violations of labor law and violations of workers ' basic rights and interests of enterprises , workers against more serious phenomenon . As representatives and defenders of the legitimate rights and interests of workers , trade unions and their workers groups spokesperson maintenance functions of investigation, apparently also has a practical significance .
