Abstract


In recent years, excimer laser corneal rapid development of technology , wavefront aberration correction to become a hot issue of research in this field . Excimer laser treatment of refractive errors and to eliminate aberrations of the efficacy and safety has been confirmed , this dissertation will CAD , Optometry , wavefront aberration technology , biomedical technology and computer technology multidisciplinary theoretical cross-linking , the system described wavefront aberration theory , including the concept of wavefront aberration , measurement methods and the reasons . -Depth study of the excimer laser aberration correction system using the definition of the aberration is recommended by the American Conference of the optical aberrations of the Zernike polynomial representation of the method , the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the Zernike polynomial representation of the aberration and the amount of corneal ablation , the use of subjective human eye aberration measured aberration obtained aberration correction of corneal ablation model , and a transition function boundary cutting method for the calculation of the transition zone cutting the amount of adjustable , the human eye monochromatic aberrations correction provides a theoretical basis . Designed excimer laser eye aberration correction system hardware and software systems , and the key technology of aberration correction system - flying spot scanning technology , active tracking technology, energy closed-loop control technology for the in-depth study . According to the paper results of theoretical studies on the original domestic excimer laser refractive correction system , in cooperation with relevant units in the domestic first developed excimer laser aberration correction equipment , has been put into clinical applications , and achieved good results .
