Abstract


In the development of modern economy, it is dawn on us that almost on huge-scale enterprises adopt the way of M&A. In the new period of our economic increase and structural adjustment, more and more enterprises search out a new way to reshuffle the equity and innovate the system. Besides, domestic enterprises expand scales of investment, adjust the industrial structure and optimize the resource distribution by M&A. Under these circumstances, it is significant issue for us to understand the behavior and performance of companies’M&A.At first,this text introduces common conception of mergence simply, and it analyzes motivation of mergence about china and foreign enterprise, to be a comparative analysis. Secondly, the text makes a thorough current situation and characteristics of China’s merger analysis merger problems.Chapter III through case analysis of the different types of M & As that horizontal merger economies of scale available in limited circumstances rational vertical M&A can lower transaction cost, and the mixed effects of M&A can be reached portfolio and lower operating risk.Here after the abundant analysis of the previous chapters, we put
