Corporate culture is the extension of culture in the specific area of corporate. Under the situation of social and economical conditions, it is the sum of value, ethic and code of behavior of employees composed through practical activities. In fact, in the 21th Century, the competition between companies is a kind of competition of culture. It is corporate culture that is going to be the first competition power of companies. Currently, Chinese private companies have already got rapid development after reform, while it is culture development that did not catch up. Lots of private owners have already started to think of rebuilding their cooperate culture in order to build long-life enterprises.This article is formed through the discussing with the leader of Yibing Yili group about corporate culture. It is further finished through the practical culture building through activities of Yili group. The article is also based on the views of theoretical researches home and abroad. It is used of the methods of qualitative and quantitative combined with case studies.The outline of the article is as followed: the first part of the article is introduction, which briefly review literature of corporate culture, with the focus on the definition, structure of corporate culture and its research situation. The second part is focus on the research work and analysis of Yili group based on the questionnaires investigation. The third part of the article is to focus on the total development strategies of its corporate culture. This part is the direction of the building process of corporate culture including culture-building outlines, procedures and structures.
