Abstract


With the developing of economy globalization, the nation’s developing more and more relies on exterior economy. China has been aware of this and devotes into economic tidy. He opened his door and trade aboard. China uses his own resource to play a part in the current international cooperate. But all of this is China’s own wishful thinking and his surplus of the nation on current transaction throws him to endless economic sanction. The trade simply depending on cheap labor and cost advantage isn’t good for a country. Changing the trade pattern is the only way to develop open economy harmoniously.The function of science and technology in international trade is old topic as history shows us. The advance productivity and evolutional vehicle are basic conditions for the international trade, which opened the history of the whole world. From then on technology and international trade are considered the wheel of economy. International trade affiliates the nations to the whole, and the nation owing the high technology gains the most behalf of other partners, which has been told many times in history.The function of technology in the international trade is a hot topic, there are still some economists making researches on this field. The classical theories thought the difference in technology leading to difference in cost, which is the reason of the trade. The later scholars such as Posner and Vernon also put the difference in technology to one of direct reasons for the international trade. The theory on this field is so many just as a hot topic.From the middle period of the twenties century, new industries with high technology came up.
