Abstract


In a market economy conditions, the subsequent development of listed companies to a large extent depends on its ability to refinance capabilities. In recent years, the refinancing of listed companies in China mainly uses the equity financing, specifically including allotment, issuance of new shares and debt issuance half stake semi-convertible bonds. For equity refinancing issues research is mainly carried out around two questions: First, the choice of equity refinancing behavior; Second, after the company's equity refinancing long-term performance changes. There are a lot of foreign literature from theoretical and empirical perspective, as discussed and explained, but also get a lot of value and explanatory power conclusions. However, in the Chinese stock market there are tradable on this particular phenomenon, which makes use of a simple point of view of foreign scholars to explain the refinancing of listed companies in China may not be appropriate behavior. So, domestic listed companies for issuance, allotment, convertible bonds by the choice of the factors which influence behavior? Various options for refinancing after the implementation of changes in the company's performance and what kind of impact? Why investors generally believe that refinancing is a kind of \assist those involved in further research and development of rational refinancing policies to guide the healthy and secure listed companies to refinance, so as to stabilize and promote the development of stock markets. This paper is divided into four parts to be discussed. The first part is analyzed theoretically the purpose of refinancing of listed companies, methods, and domestic and foreign scholars on the refinancing of listed companies conduct relevant research results are summarized and combing it for subsequent study provides a theoretical basis. The second part of the refinancing of listed companies in China conduct an empirical study. This chapter is based listed companies in China's overall data, the size of the refinancing of listed companies, industries, regions and methods of statistical analysis of characteristics; On this basis, focusing on analysis of the impact of China's listed companies equity refinancing mode selection factor. The third part analyzes the equity refinancing of listed companies on China's impact on business performance.
