Abstract


New type of rural cooperative medical care system to solve the farmers ' poverty caused due to illness \This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical system in Jiangxi Province to investigate the Luxi County , Chongyi County, the new rural cooperative medical care system , summed up the problems existing in the process of the new rural cooperative medical care system in Jiangxi Province : first medical resources configured lack of fairness ; second , the difficulty of financing : third, the compensation mechanism is unreasonable ; fourth, information management lag ; fifth, lack of supervision system ; sixth , policy enforcement is not enough . Build \Policy recommendations that address the new rural cooperative medical system problems : first, the rational transfer put into the center of gravity to increase government investment in rural hospitals ; Second, the development of productive forces in rural areas to solve the problem of fund raising : Third, strengthen government guidance , inhibit the the maximum growth trend ; fourth , the establishment of a reasonable compensation mechanism ; fifth , the establishment of scientific information management system ; sixth , the establishment of oversight mechanisms ; seventh, establish an incentive mechanism ; eighth strengthen the legislation of the new rural cooperative medical system working .
