Abstract


Retention of title of the legal system is far from perfect , can not meet the needs of the socialist market economy . Therefore improve our retention of title system has become inevitable. This article explores some of the key aspects of the ownership regime of reservations and to improve the system of ownership retained some ideas . The thesis consists of four chapters composition. The first chapter introduces the concept of retention of title , features, and like state . Chapter II that retention of title by way of security than other has incomparable advantages. The third chapter is the text of the focus of analysis of the legal structure of the retention of title , that its object can include movable and immovable property ; register retention of title shall adopt the establishment of Publicity and Confrontation way ; look right , debt , but with the right nature ; retrieve right to claim from creditor protection on material way ; between the seller and the buyer of the legal relationship ; retention of title and other rights on the subject matter of the validity of the relationship . Chapter IV on improving our retention of title system to have some views .
