Abstract


High-tech Zone has become the fastest growing region of China's economic growth has become the most dazzling bright spot in the economic development . Similarly, Nanchang National High - tech Industrial Development Zone as Jiangxi 's only state - level high-tech zones , adjust and optimize the industrial structure , Jiangxi , transformation of scientific and technological achievements , foster scientific and technological enterprises , and attract high - level innovative talents also played an extremely important role . However, with the continuous development of the social economy , Nanchang Hi-tech Zone in development , there are some problems can not be ignored : such as the industrial upgrading fatigue , input and output , not high , these have become the economic constraints Nanchang Hi-tech Zone , and Jiangxi the key issues of sustainable development . Nanchang Hi-tech Zone and Industrial Park in Jiangxi healthy and rapid development , we have the necessary research for policymakers to formulate policies and programs to provide some basis and reference from the theoretical and empirical aspects of the investment returns of the Nanchang Hi-tech Zone . This article is based on the above considerations , the investment returns of the Nanchang Hi-tech Zone analysis to identify issues and respond to the idea of ??Nanchang Hi-tech Zone Construction to further complement the existing theoretical research framework and system to enrich and improve the high-tech zone construction .
