Equipment maintenance management plays a great role in the activities of manufacturing enterprises, and it is the principal or exclusive determinant of the business equipment prolonged stable operation. It must identify some reasonable scientific maintenance parameters and projects which relate to the effectiveness and success of the equipment management in the implementation of equipment maintenance management, and also it is important to ensure the equipment performance, save enterprises resources and reduce production costs.At present, the equipment maintenance parameters and projects decision-making is set according to the manufacturer’s engineering instructions and practical experience of maintenance or refer to another device of its type. Proficiency of operators, levels of maintenance, processing technology and Production batches vary greatly in different enterprises, even the same equipment in different enterprises it’s maintenance parameters and projects is different, so that the exiting way to set the maintenance parameters and projects is unreasonable and unscientific. A method panel of graph estimate law of breakdown maintenance time distribution statistical mode, maximum likelihood method and Shapiro-Wilk normal distribution inspecting method using statistical modeling to forecast the time distribution of breakdown maintenance based on the analysis of existing equipment management
