Abstract


Papers with modern ERP (enterprise resource planning ) management thought as the theoretical basis to discuss the Air Force ordnance warehouse management models and methods soft . Paper uses ERP management ideas on ordnance warehouse resource management model was discussed ; thesis of human, the rational allocation of resources , integration, and management methods to do some analysis to study the material and human resources to maintain the best ratio , and in the implementation plan the process to be controlled , coordinated approach . Paper introduces ERP development model, discussed the Air Force ordnance warehouse behind the idea of ??the development of soft management process , elaborated Air Force ordnance warehouse behind the trend of change in business management model is proposed based on the Balanced Scorecard military supply chain performance evaluation system construction methods, and the Air Force ordnance depot rear soft management mode MRP ( army resource Management ) methods for empirical study . The paper also presents the Air Force ordnance warehouse behind the soft management performance evaluation methods, and gives examples of the steps and methods .
