With the development of modern engineering technology and computer technology , vibration test its experimental modal analysis techniques are increasingly used in the aerospace , automobile manufacturing , CNC machining , large-scale power generation equipment , civil engineering and other fields . In this paper, the basic principles as well as domestic and foreign software in-depth analysis of the experimental modal analysis based on the Windows system as the platform , use of object-oriented development tools, Visual C 6.0 and OpenGL graphics library , experimental modal analysis software system geometry the design and development of the modeling module . At the same time in order to force hammer excitation input signal , vibration response is the transfer function of the output signal based on the realized based on the transfer function of the frequency domain orthogonal polynomial curve fitting modal parameter identification , calculated the natural frequency of the system , damping ratio and modal shapes and OpenGL technology to achieve the dynamic simulation of three-dimensional model . Paper design and implementation of a the Charpy multi- input single-point output hammer hammering experimental modal analysis software developed in this subject and experimental modal analysis , software analysis results with theoretical solutions consistency , verify the modal analysis software correctness and reliability . Furthermore , the use of the modal analysis software compressor experimental modal analysis of engineering applications , and its natural frequency , damping ratios and mode shapes , verify the modal analysis of this issue to develop software with higher actual engineering value .
