Abstract


The rapid development of information technology is changing people's thinking and lifestyle Meanwhile, new development opportunities for community education, community-based information technology education has become a new way of community education. Community information technology education to meet the learning needs of community residents, to cultivate community residents information literacy, improve the quality and quality of life of residents, and to establish the learning society for the purpose of the increase in community education on the basis of current information technology content, so IT community education services. Community of information technology education in our country and the community of learners learning to achieve the desired effect, the lack of community information technology education in the learning process of instructional design support is a key factor affecting the educational effect of community information, so I proposed \design patterns of information technology education in the learning process. \Departure from this topic, and discusses the following aspects: First, the Educational Research analysis of domestic and community information, come to the problems of community information education learning process was not designed to meet a community of learners yuan of requirements, and the need for analysis of the design community of information technology education in the learning process. Systematically discussed the learning process design information technology education in the community need the support of learning theory and learning strategies and put forward the basic principles of the learning process must be designed to comply with the information technology education in the community. Third, according to the current situation of the Community Information Education proposed the learning process design patterns in information technology education in the community, and pointed out the key elements in the process of learning design patterns, and then systematic design of the learning process in the information technology education in the community. Fourth, the community-based information technology education in the process of learning design patterns used in practice, learning through the design process case analysis of information technology education in the community learning process model validation. Where the second, third and fourth part of the main part of this article, the author described the basic concepts of information technology education in the community learning process from a macro perspective, characteristics, and its theoretical foundation and systematic design patterns, from microscopic designed a case of information technology education in the community learning process.
