Abstract


With the information available in digital form for more storage and handling of information content security concerns is also increasing. Enterprise intellectual property , financial data and trade secrets, and other important information , the biggest security threat is internal staff theft . Enterprise Digital Rights Management (EDRM, Enterprise Digital Rights Management) system through a series of information protection technology for digital content rights management , strict control of sensitive information within the enterprise in order to prevent unauthorized use of information leakage . Although the current EDRM system already successful commercial applications, but still has its shortcomings: eg role-based ( users ) , the expiration time control strategies often result in unnecessary authorization , leading to inadequate supervision of the content : The content of the entire unit of protection can not meet the needs of different protection , making the content protection inflexibility . For these deficiencies , this research focuses on the structure of the traditional EDRM system improvement in the research and analysis EDRM systems and workflow technology is proposed based on a workflow-based EDRM system wfEDRM, and propose combining roles, users and tasks ( responsibility , time ) of RUTask authorization policy , to strengthen the supervision of content : fine particles also proposed the concept of protection , support for the contents of any size for flexible protection. This article also gives wfEDRM critical system component design , and implementation of relevant prototype system . The main findings can be summarized as : 1 ) the typical EDRM system components , combined with the workflow system to achieve the task elements , presents a workflow-based EDRM system architecture wfEDRM; 2) proposed combination of roles , users, and task ( job responsibilities , working time ) and other factors RUTask authorization control strategy , and gives the formal description of the policy and specific application examples ; 3 ) presents information on content protection support arbitrary size of fine particles of protection, given the specific particle generation and processing , and conducted safety analysis ; 4 ) combined with the new authorization policy and protection given wfEDRM key components of the system design and implementation of a prototype system to verify the feasibility of wfEDRM architecture .
