Abstract


With economic development , the scale of China's securities market is expanding , and the quantity and quality of listed companies has significantly improved , the listed companies in the national economy increasing proportion . The rapid development in the securities market , listed companies have appeared frequently discordant events of financial fraud , fraud of minority shareholders . Therefore , in our country to establish perfect rational investment in the quality of listed companies of the scientific evaluation system to guide investors , promote business managers to standardize their operations , the national regulatory authorities to implement effective regulation will play an increasingly significant role . First , the article discusses the evaluation of theoretical sources listed companies will be attributed to the relevant theory to support the three major aspects of the theory and core theory . Secondly, the paper summarizes the development of the evaluation system of foreign listed companies , listed companies in evaluation mode is divided into three categories: financial evaluation model , economic value added evaluation mode and balanced evaluation model , and analyze its strengths and weaknesses . Again , the paper describes the current China more authoritative evaluation system of the listed companies , discussed the main problems of the evaluation system of the listed companies in China . Evaluation experience , learn from foreign listed companies the main problems of the evaluation system of the listed companies in China , and put forward a sound a certain idea of the evaluation system of the listed companies in China . The new evaluation system of the listed companies , listed companies' financial performance in the evaluation at the same time , the introduction of the evaluation of the level of corporate governance and management level , to take into account not only the quantitative financial indicators , and consider qualitative non-financial indicators . From the unilateral financial performance evaluation , the development of a multi-angle , multi - level comprehensive capacity evaluation , a comprehensive measure of the quality of listed companies in China have a certain reference value . Evaluation method using factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process approach , using factor analysis for the financial aspects of the quantitative indicators , qualitative indicators of the level of corporate governance and management capabilities using the analytic hierarchy . Finally, the use of quality evaluation system of the listed companies to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 30 in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies .
