Abstract


With the new curriculum reform to move forward, educators, especially at the school level education practitioners who of course, teachers have the power to participate in curriculum reform and teachers to become master of the course \Teachers curriculum power \In the implementation of new curricula, teachers' curriculum power is what? Teachers should have the power of what courses? \Support of the conditions of this study is based on constantly enrich the connotation of \provide practical recommendations for the implementation of the teachers' curriculum power. The paper is divided into four parts: The first part is an introduction, a brief introduction of the origin of the study, research methods and significance of the study. The second part of the definition of the power of the teachers' courses, based on previous studies of power, given the definition of the powers of teachers. The third part is the source of power of the teachers' course, this part analyzes the source of power of teachers. The fourth part is the power of teachers, this part of the determination of the power of teachers. The fifth part is the existing problems of China's primary and secondary school teachers curriculum power and its causes these issues, including the implementation of new curriculum teachers to use the curriculum power nothingness, dashed, misuse power of teachers and course generation process the absence of the phenomenon, its causes, including lack of three aspects of the Education Code era restrictions and course regulations lack of, course management system and curriculum evaluation mechanisms of inertia and teachers curriculum literacy. Sixth part countermeasures suggestions. In this paper, both theoretical and case analysis, but also the practical experience of teachers, so that readers can fully understand the status quo of China's primary and secondary school teachers curriculum power, expect to give educators education practitioners can bring some inspiration and thinking.
