Abstract


Trace of antibiotics residue analysis method less than the thesis of food of animal origin as the main object of study , oxytetracycline , tetracycline, chlortetracycline three tetracyclines antibiotics , antibiotics in animal tissues three tetracyclines accurate detection method for determining the samples before processing technology , and to establish the accurate measurement of three tetracycline antibiotics in animal tissues by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-UVD) and high performance liquid chromatography - electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC- ESI / MS / MS) associated usage. Sample pre-treatment process using liquid - solid extraction combined C 18 columella solid-phase extraction (SPE) purification . The thesis of the extraction process and the SPE cleanup process conditions were optimized to obtain the best experimental conditions . Three tetracycline antibiotics through the pre-treatment method recoveries ranged from 83.9 to 93.7% , the relative standard deviation of repeated experiments between 2.4 to 2.9% , to meet the requirements of trace analysis . Identified HPLC-ESI/MS/MS and HPLC-UVD analysis of the analysis of the conditions of the three tetracycline antibiotics . Optimization of liquid chromatography conditions and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry conditions , making three tetracyclines antibiotics effective separation HPLC-ESI/MS/MS and HPLC-UVD repeated analysis of standard solutions of different concentrations of tetracycline antibiotics the relative standard deviation is between 0.9 to 5.0 % , and between 0.7 % to 0.9% , respectively , the detection limit of the method ( 3 times the signal - to - noise ratio ) of 0.05 ~ 0.16ng / g and 11 to 32 ng / g , described the experimental stage instrument high precision.
