Abstract


CIMS computer-aided process planning is an important part of enterprise product design and manufacturing bridge . Development a convenient process data query and calculation functions of the manufacturing process information systems to provide effective tools for process design , key enterprises to reduce costs , improve economic efficiency and market competitiveness . The rapid development of computer technology and applications , making the network and integrated development trend of manufacturing enterprises Process Information Management . Papers on the basis of the analysis of the process manufacturing enterprise information system application status , combined with the actual use of network technology to establish a manufacturing process information system in a Web environment . Mainly for the following four areas of research : 1 ) for the current business needs and software application environment , the manufacturing process of the overall planning of information systems in the Web environment , the use of three-tier B / S structure to complete the system network framework design . 2 ) combined with the overall design of the system , the system function modules by means the IDEF0 and IDEF1x modeling method describes various functional modules of the system and their relationships, and establish a system process information model , and the use of the SQL Server database system background design . For System Tools design ideas , the whole system consists of multiple independent functional module , is conducive to the management of the system itself , maintain and improve . 3) the function of complex modules individually designed : the introduction of the complex method to achieve the optimization of cutting parameters data , and confirmed by the instance of the optimization to improve cutting efficiency ; completion of the process dimensions method based on optimal design thinking the process Dimension Chain Find and solving , to avoid the cumbersome and complex dimension chain find and calculate . 4 ) Based on the design requirements of the network , using the network interface of the network design techniques ASP.NET component technology system design and network database connection , providing enterprise users with a friendly interface and easy-to- manufacturing process information system .
