Abstract

Patch-clamp technique has become an important means of molecular and cellular research . As the electronics component of the patch clamp system , data acquisition and control interface connected to the front of the patch clamp systems and computer systems , data and control commands to interact . Automated patch clamp system requirements , a new data acquisition system bus technology based on USB 2.0 ( Universal Serial Bus 2.0 ) and large-scale programmable logic devices , which not only replaces the traditional ISA and PCI bus is an ideal interface to achieve up to 17.8M Byte / s transmission rate ; and large-scale programmable logic device , the control logic circuit and FIFO memory to improve system integration and job stability , a new generation of diaphragm clamp system data acquisition system. Demonstration program and key devices from the system , select Start , detailed descriptions of automated patch clamp system architecture design of the data acquisition system based on USB 2.0 bus technology , the specific circuit implementation , design ideas and implementation methods . After the description of the various parts of the composition and design ideas , focusing on the the USB2.0 interface circuits, complex control logic , and low noise hybrid circuit design and technical details are discussed. Finally, a brief description of the system circuit problems and difficulties encountered in the process of debugging and the corresponding solution , and at the end of the final conclusion of the topic and all of the work on the topic Summary and Outlook .
