Abstract


This study is an exploratory qualitative research , group development and interaction theory for guidance, tracking a temporary form groups - a tour to observe and look very carefully , trying for tourist groups, as well as other similar temporary groups organization , communication studies provide some reference . Interactive process by the members of this tour is divided into three stages of early, mid , late , mainly explore the interaction between members of the group process and interaction ( interaction with external groups interact just as examine the background ) , and then through indicator of Moreno 's survey , the results of group interaction ---- group cohesion measurement and analysis , which summed up a temporary groups has the following basic characteristics : interactive group exchanges built on emotional cognitive basis ; groups, members of the group has a system specification , and a set of quick the unwritten convention code of conduct ; groups that exist within the sensitive information communication channels ; groups leaders emerge naturally ; less intense conflict between ; cohesion of groups is not strong interpersonal relationships between the members did not reach the degree of intimacy ; groups produced some special specifications different from the general social norms more tolerant of deviant behavior . On this basis , the paper also from the point of view of the Sociology of Deviance and tourism sociology of deviant phenomena further discussion and analysis of the deviant behavior to determine the motives and reasons of the standards , as well as the deviant behavior of tourists . The paper concluded that the inadequacies in the study and further research .
