Abstract


In this study, the use of the survey data and collective forum from the intermediate level and the individual level , on the basis of previous studies , young teachers Stability Factors , and use of sociology , social psychology theories of empirical interpretation of the conclusion of the study , from the macro level to investigate the reasons of national policy affect the stability of young teachers , social structure , and finally put forward the suggestions of the present stage of young teachers . The paper is divided into five parts . The first part of the first questions , and to sort out the domestic and foreign research status and related theory ; then clarify the purpose of this study , the significance , the basic ideas and hypotheses ; Finally, the related concepts of defining and operating , and using research methods are introduced . The second part of the introduction to the basic situation of the young teachers . Combined questionnaire and collective forum , describe the individual characteristics of the young teachers , and the feelings of the working and living conditions, young teachers on school policy , a sense of equality of opportunity , in a sense of belonging , to be recognized , interpersonal status , and young teachers and team stable condition . The third part of young teachers Stability Factors multiple regression analysis . Proven correlation analysis of all factors as independent variables , the regression model was established to explore the various factors on the size of the young teachers overall stability and individual stability influence . The fourth part of the main theoretical explanation of empirical findings . Use of the theory of sociology, social psychology , control previous research , seeking theoretical explanation of the impact of various factors on the stability of young teachers , and compare the difference of the conclusions of previous studies , seeking to draw different conclusions common theoretical foundation , and finally to investigate the stability of young teachers macro . The fifth part of the combination of empirical research data and theoretical explanations as well as young teachers the status quo at this stage to stabilize the young teachers suggestions , and pointed out the characteristics and significance of the research , the limitations and shortcomings .
