Abstract


Software organizations, software development teams and software engineers are faced with many difficult problems, the existence of these problems so that the software project or product rarely scheduled progress under the funding of the budget and the predetermined quality objectives. Comprehensive analysis of these issues reflects the lack of process thinking, software process immaturity is the main reason for these problems. Software Capability Maturity Model (Capability Maturity Model, CMM) is the process thinking in software process improvement process improvement for software organizations to provide a standardization process, from chaos to reach maturity, the overall guiding framework. Personal Software Process (Personal Software Process, PSP) and Team Software Process (Team Software Process, TSP), respectively, for individual software engineers and software development team provides guidance and specification of the software development skills and the software development process. Software development and management practices that separate implementing CMM, TSP and PSP in any one are difficult to truly enhance the ability of the software process, the actual software process improvement needs three organic integration. To the CMM, TSP and PSP, respectively, as a three-dimensional space of the z dimension, y dimension and x-dimensional, then applied to the software organization of organizations, group and individual software engineers this organization three-dimensional of software process improvement, the formation of a new three-dimensional space. This new three-dimensional space of the three-dimensional individual process capability, the group process capability and organizational process capability. Model based 3D CMM, TSP and PSP software process improvement model after orthogonalization, linear and continuous processing. In the process of establishing this model, and put forward a comprehensive software process improvement curve curves characterize the organization of software process improvement in the process of capacity growth trends and organizational process capability, the relationship between the ability to group process and individual process capability. In order to make the model more perfect, scalability and facilitate the practical application of this paper, the model dimensionality reduction, slicing, function analysis, comprehensive software process capability, process improvement concepts such as distance and ability radius. Then the application model and related concepts in software process assessment and improvement of software process analysis. In addition, CMM introduction to the increase in the dimensions of the upgrade of the Integrated Capability Maturity Model CMMI, human resources management and Six Sigma quality management theory and so will a new development model, a new vision for the application of the model and perfect.
