Abstract


In today 's world , along with the acceleration of economic globalization , and groundbreaking advances in information technology , the world has become like a \including the impact of the employment of foreign investors in the host country . In this paper, from the number of jobs , the quality of employment , employment location three discussed the impact of the employment effects of foreign investors in our country . This paper first analyzes the foreign direct investment (FDI) in the course of China 's development , combined with the course of development to examine the changes in the number of employment , two drawn from the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with the changes in the field of investment in foreign direct investment , capital organic constitute the improved employment changes in the number of features ; Second , the article examines the foreign-funded enterprises in the quality of employment in our country , pointed out that the impact of foreign investment on the quality of employment in our country has two sides : on the one hand provide high salaries for highly qualified labor , high welfare ; the other hand , a large number of unskilled labor , there is the problem of to neglect labor rights , labor rights protection is not in place ; then according to the location of the existing foreign direct investment choice theory , analysis of the uneven distribution of FDI in China characteristics of their employment in our country location imbalance. In the last chapter , according to the analysis of the phenomenon before , combined with China's national conditions and world economic development trends , how to guide foreign direct investment to play a role in our country better , to solve the above problems , and put forward policy recommendations : focus on labor-intensive enterprises In addition, the foreign direct investment to invest to absorb the tertiary industry employment ability and the development of capital-intensive enterprises , according to China 's regional economic development level of the organization of regional distribution ; learning the advanced management of foreign enterprises in addition to encourage high-quality talent , technology , market , marketing experience , more attention should be paid outside the protection of labor rights and interests of foreign companies in the non- skilled labor to improve underdeveloped areas of investment attractiveness , change current FDI distribution of extreme uneven .
