Abstract


Urban commercial complex is a product of the social and economic development is the inevitable trend of commercial development , internal open space as the core of the commercial complex space , consumer behavior dominate the space, but also the most complex functions , the type system is the most flexible space . Its research can not only provide theoretical support for the creation of a good shopping space environment , human care , it is more important to be able to design and urban design of public space systematically linked , reflecting the optimal allocation of city resources , to create intensive rationalization of urban space and landscape . This paper first describes the overview of the urban commercial complex , to clear the history of its development and spatial patterns ; then elaborate its internal diversification of the open space system , the study of consumer shopping behavior psychological requirements of the space environment , discusses the commercial complex internal open space design principles and strategies ; then from the interior design practices discussed in terms of design elements and design methods of internal open space physical environment level and landscape environment level , and finally for the problems of the commercial complex in China , and put forward a series of measures and countermeasures to resolve the future of the commercial complex internal open space at the same time made ??a bold prediction and longing . Example of part of another standardized chapter focused on two different instances of conduct feasibility studies and analysis , as proof of the conclusion of the previous study . At the same time we have to respected commercial -type system should also pay attention to the problems of development, design and operation , early in the correct analysis of the foundation of the city district with the status of the transportation system , its location , comprehensive measure of scale , product positioning and Merchants , to achieve a comprehensive and accurate evaluation to grasp the business benefits on the basis of , and improve the city's business structure , improve the city 's business environment , while creating rich layers of the city landscape , and establish a good image of the urban landscape .
