Abstract


Scope creep is an important reason for software project failure , and the larger the project , the higher the probability of failure caused by the . Enterprise application project is a type of software projects , it is involved in the problem domain complex, the development of a large amount of high technical requirements , long life cycle , the scope of the problem is the main cause for the high failure rate of such projects . Able to make a clear identification and definition of the scope of the project , to be managed efficiently , improve the success rate of such projects is an important breakthrough . Enterprise information construction in China has been transferred to the stage, mainly to small and medium enterprises to improve the rate of success of the project is of great significance to the protection of SME investment . Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the first on the scope of the problem and to examine the scope of these two areas of project management and software engineering , found that the current solution is to rely on the process and documentation , and in response to changes in passive and weakness. The scope of the problem involves many subjective factors , and software development mainly depends on the people, come to solve the range problem depends on the person , \Scope management, demand development , management and agile methods three aspects based on the new model \initiative , a focus on problem-solving , and also introduced a practical project case using agile practices to verify the effectiveness of the solution . To lead the development team for the project managers for the companies to develop software systems , the aspects of how to guard against the range of risk for the enterprise application software systems with commercial value , as well as how to improve the rate of success of the project has a practice of the reference value and guiding significance .
