Abstract


The mold is important modern manufacturing equipment level marks the beginning of a national or enterprise manufacturing level and production capacity . With modern rapid industrial development and product life cycles become shorter and shorter , the growing demand for mold , mold manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more market opportunities . To undertake mold manufacturing tasks a mold companies whether in the fierce market competition environment , at a reasonable price is a primary issue facing the mold companies . Mold the reasonableness of the pricing is not only related to the vital interests of users , but also related to the level of profitability of the mold manufacturing enterprises , market competition strategy and reserve operating target is capable of smooth realization . Therefore, the the mold price of estimates is an important part of the mold making business decisions . In this paper , based on the analysis and comparison of the common mold quotation method , instance-based price estimation methods . This mold price estimation methods depth study of the characteristics of the composition of the mold price , and injection mold for the object class mold quote description of the instance , the structural characteristics of properties and prices Properties is a binary group instance model and examples of library organizations . And by introducing Fuzzy query instance - oriented technology and linear regression method , the automatic calculation of the price of the mold . On the basis of the results of the study , the authors J2EE development platform , the use of the MVC framework structure , developed a set of injection mold quotation system . The system provides four methods for mold production cost estimates , and different mold manufacturers the freedom to customize the quotations . Other types of mold quotation , the principles and methods of injection mold quotation system discussed in this article also has a certain significance and practical value .
