Abstract


The business enterprise chain-like management is a modern business management form that adopted abroad in many economical developed countries in the world nowadays, and is also a product of market economy which develops to a certain degree. In the last few years, with the vigorous development of automobile manufacturing industry in our country, the automobile service profession meets its developing opportunity. But it also has many problems and challenges and had to bring in advanced and appropriate management pattern. Although the automobile service chain-like management has just started recently in our country, it has already appeared its warm and long-lasting charm and has aroused an extensive concern of social public. The automobile service industry will face a more intense tendency of internationalization competition, particularly after China joins WTO. In this situation, the research on development of automobile service chain-like management will leave a more important practical significance According to this purpose and basing on collection of a great deal of material, this paper first combines the practices of foreign chain-like management experience and present situation analysis of service of automobile to demonstrate the deficiency of services chain-like development in our country. Then this paper introduces the definition, type and basic characteristic of chain-like management, analyzes present situation, existing problem and service model of automobile service and summarizes the necessity of binging in chain-like management from the aspect that chain-like management benefits to automobile service and the whole profession. Next, it elaborates the location selecting, arrangement and the management of chain-like branch store from the reality aspect, providing a concrete practice way for the development of chain-like management. Finally, it proposes the idea of diversification management pattern, developing the chain-like brand vigorously, strengthening chain-like service system, making the chain-like management strong, and discusses a policy to the sustainable development of automobile chain-like management. I hope that it can provide some beneficial models to automobile service profession and reform through above analyzing and discussing.
