Fast plasma sintering sintering rate , sintering temperature , and energy efficiency advantages and become a new generation of potential sintering process . In this thesis to plasma (SPS) to quickly research background, an overview of the important applications of this sintering principle of the new technology and features , as well as in the preparation of ultrafine ceramic sintering process . In this thesis study prepared by spark plasma ultra-fast ultrafine titanium dioxide , alumina and by SEM , TEM study different sintering temperature of pure ultrafine titanium dioxide , alumina ceramic microstructure characteristics . The use of contact angle measurement means of grain size , illumination conditions and other factors of the hydrophilic nature of the titania ceramic material . The results show that : with the rapid sintering of SPS technology , choose the optimization of the sintering atmosphere , temperature , heating rate , pressure and holding time , the preparation of a complete , dense, fine-grained alumina , titania ceramic materials . Sintering temperature is the key factor affecting the degree of densification of the ceramic material , with the sintering temperature , sintering shrinkage ratio and density of the sample is increased , there was no temperature increase density Usually rapid sintering method but decreased phenomenon. 3 . Hydrophilic controlled by the grain size of the material ; the titania ceramic material hydrophilic step characteristics of the light intensity of the response was .
