Abstract


With the international development of the service sector, foreign direct investment towards services has become an indisputable fact. Both developed and developing countries, foreign direct investment, without exception, turned to the service sector. The distribution of FDI in Service industry into the 21st century great changes occurred, direct investment from the financial and insurance services industry turned to water, electricity and telecommunications highly monopolized industry as well, such as management consulting, legal and accounting and other major professional (business) services. Services direct investment industry distribution change the face of both developed and developing countries, China should actively respond to work out these services industry open strategy. This article is a total of six chapters, in the introduction of the study, thesis innovation, insufficient and framework; first chapter describes the characteristics of the service industry, the services sector, international development process as well as the new characteristics of the service sector foreign direct investment, in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the history and current status of the service direct investment; chapter first reviews the traditional theory of developed countries, FDI in Service, followed by a review of the theory of direct investment in developing countries, and finally the latest service sector foreign direct investment theory described; Chapter focuses reveals the service sector foreign direct investment on the development of the economic effects of the host country, mainly from capital formation and economic growth effects, the evolution of industrial structure effects, spillovers and crowding out discussed as well as the aspects of the risk effect; Chapter of foreign direct investment in services empirical analysis of the economic effects of China: foreign direct investment in services and China's economic growth, there is a long-term cointegration relationship and service industry foreign direct investment Granger cause China's economic growth, not vice versa established; weak positive correlation between the changes in the structure of industry, distribution and service industries internal service sector foreign direct investment; another foreign direct investment in services, China also has the potential The positive and negative effects. Since the third, the fourth chapter of liberalization in China provides a theoretical and factual basis, China should open what services industry? Chapter specified for the services industry in China and opening up the direction of the chapter on the service industry, foreign direct investment industry distribution studies selected representative of both developed and developing countries and they are distributed over the past decade of services direct investment industry comparative analysis, come to the service sector foreign direct investment is mainly concentrated power, water and telecommunications, finance and insurance, as well as professional (business) services. Therefore, in the sixth chapter of the power, water and telecommunications, finance and insurance, and professional services sector, industry and opening up strategy for the industry and opening up of China's service industry to provide more scientific strategy.
