Abstract


This thesis is to develop a novel halogen - free flame retardant epoxy resin based CCL synthesized two structurally different types of phosphorus - containing epoxy resin (FD and ED) as well as a novel nitrogen - containing curing agent 2,4,6 - ( hydroxyphenyl methylene amine ) - s-triazine (MFP) , and their influencing factors in the process of synthesis , DSC and in situ infrared spectroscopy to investigate the MFP curing epoxy curing reaction mechanism . By similar organic - inorganic hybrid methods , explore a new method for the introduction of nitrogen-containing epoxy resin system triazine ring . Visits CCL pressing process , to test the performance of a prepared sheet of flame retardant , heat , and then discusses the P N of the impact of the introduction of the performance of the boards . After analysis test proved that its performance can meet the basic requirements of today 's FR-4 CCL plate MFP curing FD for ED obtained .
