With the continuous development of science and technology , non-destructive testing of biological tissue technologies to flourish . Non-invasive near-infrared spectroscopy to detect the concentration of the body's blood sugar is promising research topic , the nature of light propagation in highly scattering , multi-layered uneven the living tissues media background to detect due to physiological changes induced tissue and distribution changes related information , obtain the optical signal containing the change information , solving the physiological parameter value of the tissue through the establishment of a mathematical model of the relationship between the light signal and the measured physiological parameters of biological tissue , can be quantified . In the research group on the basis of preliminary work , the paper around the double integrating sphere testing techniques applied to biological tissue optical carried out , the main work and research , including the following aspects: 1. Summarizes the interaction between light and tissue basic optical parameters. Double integrating sphere system design measuring tissue optical parameters , improving existing optical path , to evaluate the performance of the test system . 3. Derived theoretically scattering coefficient with the relationship between the glucose concentration , and then use a double integrating sphere method experimental manner , measuring the parameters of the polystyrene solution and milk in the optical properties of different concentrations of glucose , and the scattering coefficient of the turbid medium and the relationship between the glucose concentration .
