Liquid atomization phenomena abound in nature and engineering , and the atomization mechanism is the subject of an important theoretical significance and engineering background . This article is closely combined with the technical problems of domestic car cover spraying process , the analysis and research of the spinning cup high-speed electrostatic spraying atomization mechanism , and atomization conditions influencing factors were analyzed . According fluid continuity and the equations of motion , research the movement of the paint in the spinning cup , to establish the mathematical model of the the spinning cup high-speed electrostatic spraying paint movement within the spinning cup . The spinning cup high-speed electrostatic spraying to contain centrifugal force atomization and electrostatic atomization and paint atomization mechanism ( centrifugal atomization , electrostatic atomization ) and its influencing factors analysis and research , the spinning cup speed n and the electric field strength of the electrostatic field ( voltage pole pitch ) on the atomization of the impact of the largest , followed by spinning cup structure parameters : spinning cup diameter and density of the cone angle and coatings , paint viscosity and flow of fogging on relatively small . Tremendous centrifugal force , established a the spinning cup high-speed electrostatic spraying paint pigment component in the film , the uneven distribution of the mathematical model , even with the separation of liquid paint . The above analysis and research, not only in the theoretical aspects of the the spinning cup high-speed electrostatic spray atomization mechanism , affecting factors analysis of the system to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal set of controllable parameters in the production process and scientific guidance to address the production in practical problems , and in all areas of the research and manufacture of modern painting equipment , paint production and even the chemical , pharmaceutical , spray drying , have engineering significance .
