The Agricultural Expert system developed fastly. It will be the importantpart of agricultural modernazation in 21 century.The paper introduces the Artificial Intellegent and the expert system,introduces the development of the agricutural expert system.The paper researches the three layer network model;the COM technologyand the ASP technology;Ineroduces the structure of the platform.
