Abstract


Now , the third generation (3G) mobile communication technology has become more sophisticated , will gradually be unable to meet the increasing demands of mobile communication , the next-generation mobile communications technology to the field of communication research hotspot . MIMO-OFDM is widely recognized as the core technology of the next generation of mobile communications , the channel is estimated to achieve higher transfer rates and greater reliability is of great significance as the key technology of the entire system . MIMO-OFDM system channel estimation is the main contents , key research pilot based LS channel estimation algorithm and its improvements . Firstly, the system introduces the research background , history and current situation of modern mobile communication technology , highlighted the difficulties and further research direction of current research ; , respectively, followed by a systematic analysis of MIMO and OFDM system , OFDM system composition of MIMO technology development , summed up their respective advantages and disadvantages , and analyze the advantages of the two technologies brought together increased channel capacity and bit error rate ; this paper describes the realization of the principle of the OFDM system , signal The processing flow and channel estimation method .
