Abstract


With type 2 diabetes (T2DM) diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a highly heterogeneous metabolic disease , in addition to the obvious genetic predisposition , environmental factors play an important role in its pathogenesis . Its causes remain unclear. This topic by selecting more than six polymorphic loci have been verified in other populations abroad is associated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy as a candidate gene , molecular biology and population genetics, statistical methods , to clear them with the type 2 population of North China the diabetic nephropathy relationship . Verified every six candidate polymorphic loci were : intron 16 of the angiotensin I -converting enzyme (ACE) gene insertion deletion polymorphism of the β3 - adrenergic receptor gene (ADRB3) Trp64Arg polymorphism endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene (eNOS) 27bpVNTR polymorphism and exon 7 894G → T polymorphism , protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B the genes (PTP1B ) 981C → T polymorphism and arylesterase gene (PON2) 148A → G polymorphism . The statistical analysis of the experimental data results show that : 1.PON2 gene Ala/Gly148 polymorphism loci polymorphism occurs with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in northern Chinese Related : allele G, A diabetic nephropathy and diabetic there is a significant difference . 2.ACE gene intronic SNPs 16 I / D polymorphic loci polymorphism with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with Chinese northerners closely related : DD genotype frequencies between diabetic nephropathy and diabetic significant differences ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Especially in overweight and obese subgroup (BMI ≥ 25kg / m ~ 2) in the genotype and allele frequencies showed significant differences; female subgroup D , the I allele frequency has a very significant difference . 3.eNOS gene 27bp VNTR polymorphism may be associated with the northern Chinese type 2 diabetic nephropathy Related : bb, ab genotype and b , a allele diabetic nephropathy group and normal control group , and the total diabetic group and normal control group inter have significant differences.
