Objective To observe the superoxide dismutase (SOD) in clinical pediatric cardiopulmonary bypass lung protection . Inadequate lung development in children , prone to pulmonary complications after cardiopulmonary bypass , this study is to seek practical and effective lung protection . Research Methods 40 cases of 1-year-old , 5 years old , congenital heart disease , ventricular septal defect (diameter 7mm or more) child care , no serious complications and pneumonia , were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group , n = 20 patients in the experimental group in vitro loops before and 3min after pulmonary injection SOD , the dose of 0.1mg/kg ; control group before CPB to SOD. 30 minutes after take before CPB 5min bypass 20min, heart resuscitation , 60min4 one point in time , anesthesia machine measuring four time points , peak airway pressure , lung dynamic compliance values ??extracted Determination of left atrial blood plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and plasma interleukin -8 (IL-8) , the content, the simultaneous determination of four time points arterial blood gas values ??, collection of inspired oxygen (FiO 2 ) values ??calculated alveolar arterial blood oxygen difference ( P Aa sub > O 2 sub > ) and oxygenation index ( PaO 2 / FiO 2 < / sub > ) . Results ① peak airway pressure in heart resuscitation 60min before comparing the experimental group and the control group , there was no significant difference in sex ( P gt ; 0.05) , heart resuscitation 60min , the two groups have a significant difference (P lt ; 0.05 ) , SOD in the experimental group role play to reduce peak airway pressure ; the heart resuscitation 60min in the control group , compared with CPB before significant differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) , while the experimental group with CPB than before , the difference was not significant sex (P gt; 0.05). SOD in the experimental group , peak airway pressure did not significantly higher , indirect instructions SOD to reduce the role of the CPB peak airway pressure is increased . ② lung dynamic compliance average of two sets of data comparison , cardiopulmonary bypass , control group
