Abstract


As an important port of China's foreign trade port in China's economic development occupies an important position in the development process of the port , the port function positioning unreasonable , vicious competition seriously , port a huge waste of resources as well as redundant construction . One hand , these problems caused by the low efficiency of port operators and the other shackles healthy and rapid development of the regional economy . To establish a the port strategic alliance has become the key to solve this problem . This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the topic , a detailed analysis of the research status of a strategic alliance partner selection , and the Port strategic alliances , as well as the main structure and content ; followed by the definition of the strategic alliance , classification , partner selection , and the Port the development of the strategic alliance were discussed in detail ; Chapter 3 analyzes the Xiamen port Development Status and neighboring ports , discusses the necessity of Xiamen Port and surrounding ports port strategic alliances ; Chapter 4 through comprehensive evaluation model selection to determine port strategic alliance partner with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to select comprehensive evaluation model , and the model Xiamen Port candidate alliance partners Fuzhou port , Zhangzhou Port , Quanzhou port conducted a judge ; Chapter 5 qualitative analysis of model evaluation results , proposed the establishment of Xiamen Port port strategy Union at this stage development steps , and make recommendations to the Xiamen port the development of strategic alliances . The last chapter of the thesis summarizes the research results of the full-text , pointed out the inadequacies of this study and future research direction . The conclusions of this study in order to provide recommendations with reference to the development of Xiamen Port .
