Abstract


Anhui Mobile PBOSS information system based on mobile back-office operations, reducing operating costs, improving quality of service and efficiency to all users, and providing personalization service according to the characters of the clients; strengthening scientific management and providing scientific decision for mobile business.This paper designs and implements Anhui Mobile PBOSS information system based on J2EE platform and rapid development of software. This paper introduces general architecture, software system structure, service, function and application of Anhui Mobile PBOSS. The paper particularly represents the development process system based on J2EE rapid development software platform of Anhui Mobile PBOSS, and it primarily describs payment management and account processing module subsystems. The paper elaborates the design methods and development process of payment management and account processing module subsystems of Anhui Mobile PBOSS system, then analyses the demand of Anhui Mobile PBOSS system, payment and billing management and account processing subsystem in detail.Anhui Mobile PBOSS system is a management information system of applied information technology building which has real-time accounting, real-time joint account, overdraft real-time control, bill list of real-time queries, providing support to family customers, group customers, broadband services and all products, supplying some functions such as information collection, inquiry, analysis and providing real-time management to whole flow sustained by mobile operators. This system has an important role in professional scientific management, benefit management and improving market competitiveness of Anhui mobile.
