At present,80 percent of the radio’business is manuscripts management. The research about manuscripts management in the radio stations across China still in primary stage, nothing could be fit to the radio station’s software system. It’s necessary for the radio station to develop the manuscripts management system. The software system could help us to achieve manuscripts interviewing , editing and broadcasting. With the help of the TRS WCM5.2 and manuscripts management software system, the news manuscripts and the audio can be shared.In 2008, the Radio and Television Center set up the project about "the radio integrated information systems", the system is one of the project. research contents of requirements are as follows:(1) In this thesis,this software system has many advantages. For instance,duplicate submission,multipolarity review,visual management,visual copy taster and edit,working capacity statistic,human interface .(2) Pivotal technique and advantage: The software system with J2EE frame developed by web browser and java was used the MVC mode .The advantage about technique of the system was used the XML. For edit the program without access the database , dynamic edit the xml string ,add and edit manuscripts. Thus reduse using database, raised up the system’performance.From the above advantages , the system used AJAX technique, make the client and server program data exchange process, editing and broadcasting programs, without using time series single page, but can refresh the real-time dynamically update Web page display of the client.
