The finite element method as a structural stress strain means of numerical analysis, widely used in civil construction, utilities, mining and other practical engineering. Objective existence of random factors so that the response of the structure (including stress, strain) become random. Traditional safety factor method is not easy to quantitatively included in the load parameters random factors, and stochastic finite element method analysis of the angle from the probability structure reliability calculation, to assess the safety of the structure has certain advantages in widely used in the actual project, has developed into a powerful numerical analysis tool. The purpose of the application of stochastic finite element method can be broadly attributed to three things: solving random response of structures under random factors to calculate the reliability and structural safety of the sensitivity of the design parameters of the structure. In the Hohai University Professor Liu Ning person theory research based on the application of three-dimensional elastic-plastic stochastic finite element method and the method of reliability theory of underground caverns under certain conditions, excavation simulation and reliability calculation discussion. Situ stress field is the stability of surrounding rock of the main factors affecting the underground cavern, consider the uncertainty and regression of the measured values ??of the ground stress calculation model uncertainty, the paper discusses the probability analysis method in situ stress field; anchor in underground caverns rod reinforcement effect of stochastic simulation, to consider bolt spacing and bolt material properties of randomness, the article discusses the the random mechanical analysis of surrounding rock bolt reinforcement, underground caverns in Anchorage for security analysis laid the foundation. Seepage load is one of the underground caverns stable load, there is uncertainty, the article discusses a simplified model can be easily included in the seepage load randomness. The article also discusses the stability of surrounding rock of reliability of the sensitivity of the calculation of the elastic modulus and strength parameters of different materials and places stress coefficient method. In the engineering application part, the application of large-scale general-purpose finite element software ANSYS simulation of three-dimensional finite element analysis of a certain type of tunnel excavation process, and, respectively, of the surrounding rock displacement around the tunnel, tunnel surrounding rock stress and tunnels initial support lining structure of the internal forces carried out a comparative analysis; discussion the tunnel structure reliability analysis in ANSYS achieve particular case, verify the superiority of the stochastic finite element method.
