Abstract

This paper describes the preparation containing ultrafine high chlorine ammonium core - shell composite purpose and meaning , and domestic and foreign ultrafine energetic materials and ultrafine a comparative study of energetic composites Research ; Second the the supercritical CO 2 < / sub > characteristics of supercritical fluid deposition techniques classification and supercritical anti - solvent (supercriticalanti-solvent, SAS) principles and characteristics ; then , NEPE (Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether energy ) propellant is based on using Excel Solver in the design of solid propellant oxidizer formulations (HMX : CL -20 : AP : Al : FPM2602 60:10:19:8:3 ) , and the formulation of specific impulse , explosive content validation . The papers for the first time using supercritical fluid deposition technique SAS Preparation of Nano - of ultrafine AP, the ultrafine Cl - 20 , Al - FPM2602 -core - shell composite materials , and the factors affecting the coating effect of the preliminary study . Finally, the impact sensitivity , flame sensitivity the flashpoint experiments tested the ultrafine core - shell composite performance results show that the ultrafine core - shell composite performance than the performance of the mixture of uncoated improved to some extent . Supercritical fluid deposition techniques , the SAS method energetic composite materials is prepared containing water-soluble ultrafine green effective method .
