Abstract


To shorten the Interactive Voice Response (IVR: Interaction Voice Response) system, process development cycle , to overcome the traditional IVR systems difficult to write complex business processes , combined with both VoiceXML technology , we design and implement a VoiceXML-based IVR system visualization techniques . This design of the IVR system , the whole system is divided into workflow editing tool , Web pages containing VoiceXML tags and execution engine of three parts , completed the core part of the overall framework and its design and implementation . This paper studies the status of visualization techniques and theories , and the traditional IVR system processes editing tools to do the analysis and contrast , and on this basis, from the flexible, convenient and user-friendly interface design principles starting on the IVR system 's workflow tools carried out a detailed design and implementation. Then, in the analysis of the current Web technology developments in the case , the paper closely integrated with the enterprise data services , put forward a business process into a corporate portal analog solutions. The program combines OpenVXI open source project, using VoiceXML technology, design and implementation of the IVR system execution engine .
