Abstract


In the economy, market globalization, environment, manufacturing industry must move toward globalization, the world's largest manufacturer of a system. Manufacturing enterprises must rely on advanced communications, information technology, acceleration and advanced manufacturing technology integration, accelerate the development to meet the T (Time), Q (Quality), C (Cost), S (Service) requirements to meet market demand for the product, in order to improve enterprise in the fierce competition in the market's overall viability. In this context, every product development and production companies must go through with upstream (suppliers) and downstream (vendors) in close liaison and coordination can be well done, that is, in a large collaborative environment down to complete the product life cycle. Face of the above problems, networked manufacturing concepts and models along with the rapid development of the Internet is increasingly accepted by scholars and enterprises. In order to solve the manufacturing resources, networking resources in the transformation process of autonomy, distribution, and management of heterogeneous multiplicity of problems. Mobile Agent technology is introduced to solve the manufacturing resources in the network share many problems. The use of mobile Agent autonomy to achieve manufacturing resource service node autonomous management, autonomous networked manufacturing resource requirements; utilize natural heterogeneous mobile Agent ability to solve the problem of heterogeneous manufacturing resources; using the Mobile Agent mobility and the ability to achieve self-executing effective packaging and manufacturing resources sharing and reuse. Resource sharing platform on the user object, resource categories, functional requirements analysis, based on the build based on ASP (Application Service Provider) architecture unified framework model of resource sharing platform to build a unified resource sharing platform architecture. Mobile Agent-based ASP platform for manufacturing resource package published to the effective sharing. Established a resource package for Mobile Agent resource package models and processes for manufacturing resources through Mobile Agent package, package implementation will become a platform for manufacturing resource resource service node. Number of nodes to form a resource service platform ASP service. In building a unified resource sharing platform based on the proposed minimum service unit concepts and models, and then come to resource service node service based on minimum service unit equivalent meaning. On this basis, the establishment of minimum services unit as the base platform for ASP service evaluation system. Implementation of the platform or the service node service quality and service capabilities to effectively assess and calculations. Services equivalent resources into resource description of the amount of the service node, and the consideration of resource services for the timeliness factor to get a description of the service node resources, this description equally effective. Service node for resource description is mainly used for fast retrieval of resources, selection, orientation, in order to better serve as a platform for users.
