Abstract


With China's accession to WTO, the financial sector is gradually opening up as promised. As China's major financial institutions, commercial banks, how to meet the challenges of accession to the WTO has become a growing concern. Undoubtedly, under the protection of a long period of high policy banking, especially commercial banks inevitably affected by the impact of foreign banks also face the influx of domestic commercial banks competition among peers. Drawing on western commercial bank reform and analysis of successful experiences when recycling became popular in the West Bank reform and innovation of China's commercial banks the main method. As a service industry, commercial banking similarity due to business differences in business processes to become a major commercial bank competitiveness. In bank reengineering core business process reengineering and its accompanying organizational structure recycled into improving the competitiveness of China's commercial banks is one effective way. Currently, about banking business processes and organizational reengineering ideas and concepts much literature, and a general introduction to the majority, operability is not strong, there is about the implementation of recycling are mainly concentrated in the manufacturing enterprises. The implementation of the banking business process reengineering how to carry out specific implementation steps are what they need what methods, and other important issues are in is not clear, not the system's stage, therefore, the commercial banking business processes and organizational structure to undertake a study with a strong recycling theoretical and practical significance. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the papers, research status, China's commercial banks raised the need for recycling. The second chapter, on the banks of the theoretical origins back reengineering, business process reengineering theory leads from the bank reengineering the emergence and development of business processes and organizational structure and to define the concept of recycling in the implementation process of the logical connections between the two. The third chapter analyzes the commercial banks in China's long-standing existing business processes, the business processes of the bank foreground process, middle and back office processes three stage process reengineering, business process reengineering in the bank proposed implementation process, value chain analysis the core is the key to recycling. The fourth chapter analyzes the existing organizational structure of Chinese commercial banks long-standing forth from the internal organizational structure to implement matrix management reengineering, organizational structure should be shortened outer layers of management implementation of flat recycling. Chapter V, mainly discusses the Chinese commercial banks conducting business process reengineering and organizational structure needs while supporting conditions.
