Abstract


The development and growth of teaching professions has become focal point of education at home and abroad. Particularly in higher educational field, the teacher’s enthusiasm of seek professionalism objective become more and more strong. For this reason, teaching professionalism is the development of higher educational need especially is the development of teacher’s themselves need.Universities and college teacher not only is the educator but also is the learner and the research worker. They development of professions contained three key aspects. Such as teachers’ knowledge structure, structure of teachers’ practice and scientific capacity, structure of teachers’ positive emotion and lofty character. Because of teaching career development in both private and government universities in present situation, A comparison of the teaching career development between private and government universities. This part focuses on four aspects, such as the system of teacher’s management, teacher’s elementary quality, teacher’s ability and teaching career professionalism. For instance, they cannot stand along because each has its own distinct characteristic, superiority and insufficiency. Whatever private university and Government University, they teaching career profession differs from standard of teaching professionalism. There are many factor effect the teaching career development between private and government universities exist in many-sided. Such as society, system of higher education, teacher himself and interior or external factor so on. As a result, we must lie in different each has its own distinct characteristic, of the teaching career development between private and government universities. A few strategies are being mentioned to improve the current situation we are special emphasis on. It mainly includes: Firstly, management control system of the lecturers, optimize the teacher’s human resource management system. We are especial emphasis on transforming management model of government university human resource;Secondly, composure of continuous new educational mechanism by the lecturers, we should establish a complete training system. Especially increase the teacher’s training of private university reform;thirdly, establishment of teaching career development base, which will become cradle of teaching career professional development;fourthly, improvement in individual professional quality and the scientific research ability of the lecturers, appropriate improvement in higher rate of private academic credentials;fifthly, bring every positive factor into the development of teaching profession andEncourage teaching career self-development, lastly, strengthen career moral education of university and college teacher improve teaching career moral level.
