Abstract


The rise of industrial clusters is the development of modern industry to adapt to the inevitable trend of economic globalization and the increasingly competitive, is formed to create a competitive advantage and organizational forms of industrial space, with strong economies of scale and sustained competitive advantage. See from the experience of developed economies in the world, according to their own conditions and advantages of actively implement effective strategy for the development of industrial clusters is a business, a region, a country strong and prosperous economy, and maintain a sustained competitive advantage. In recent years, industrial clusters have a significant role to play in the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other regions of China, the interpretation of the exciting content contained in industrial clusters. Industrial clusters, therefore, has become a major issue of joint research in the field of industrial economy in the world within. The research results show that a creative and dynamic industrial clusters is an important guarantee for the rapid and healthy development of the national and regional economies. The same time, the industry cluster strategy in the practice of regional economic development at home and abroad, has been proven to be an effective strategy mode. Central China's level of economic development since the reform and opening up has been lower than the national average, and the gap with the developed areas of the southeast coast was gradually expanding trend, as the economic development of the east-west connection with central axis status very consistent .
