Abstract


The Air Material is important military material of our army , the Air Materiel protection is an important part of the military logistics . With the construction of military modernization , information technology continue to strengthen the protection of aircraft materials presents new , there are new trends in aviation materials management , changes in economic benefits to the military by a single military effectiveness objectives of the Air Materiel Management , Air material management safeguard the Air Materiel timely supply while greater emphasis on cost management. This thesis is focusing on improving the the Air Materiel protection level and reduce the cost of Air Materiel Support this goal, the study was to investigate the scientific management of the inventory of the Air Materiel . Supply chain management is a new concept in the management , the most important feature of the supply chain management is among the members of the supply chain through the sharing of information resources , and each other coordination and implementation of integrated management , thereby reducing the cost of the entire supply chain inventory . In order to achieve the scientific management of aircraft materials , based on the analysis at home and abroad, both military and civilian aircraft materials management status , the main problems of our army the current aviation materials inventory management , supply chain management of the basic theory of flexibility in the use of the military the the aviation materials inventory management , build a structure of the supply chain to adapt our military aviation materials inventory management .
