Abstract


Era of knowledge economy , knowledge is the primary factor for the success of enterprises , knowledge management , enterprise innovative power sources . Knowledge management as the core knowledge , knowledge management and use of knowledge management , knowledge sharing and use of collective wisdom to improve the adaptability, creativity . Knowledge sharing as a core part of the knowledge management , knowledge management difficulties . How to make the knowledge resources between internal employees , between employees and enterprises , free-flowing , highly efficient , fully shared in order to take full advantage of the knowledge resources , to enlarge the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge resources , knowledge of modern enterprise management practice process urgent solve the problem. The rapid development of science and technology makes it increasingly hinder knowledge sharing and , at the same time , the establishment of a knowledge-sharing mechanisms become the biggest challenges of enterprise knowledge management . System of enterprise knowledge sharing mechanisms not only has far-reaching theoretical and academic significance , but also has strong practical significance , it will be on the use of its business through the development of knowledge resources , and enhance their core competitiveness , management , culture building looking for a practical way . In this paper, the method of literature research , comprehensive analysis and case analysis , study how to establish the mechanism of knowledge sharing within the enterprise . The thesis is divided into five parts : The first part of the analysis of the research background and significance of knowledge sharing and summarizes the research and application of knowledge-sharing status quo . The second part describes the basic theory of knowledge sharing knowledge , including knowledge of the meaning , classification and characteristics of the content and process of knowledge sharing within the enterprise to carry out the significance of knowledge sharing , the use of game theory to analyze the possibility of internal knowledge sharing . The third part discusses the obstacles to overcome internal knowledge sharing . The fourth part is the core part of the thesis , elaborated on how to build a knowledge-sharing mechanism within the enterprise . The three aspects of the operation mechanism of this part of knowledge sharing , incentives and cultural mechanisms to start on. Finally, the paper Booz Allen Hamilton , for example , analysis of its successful experience in the practice of knowledge sharing .
